We use each social networks login buttons as they were designed to be used. However, each country has their own laws and requirements and you'll need to make sure your privacy policy or other notices are in line with your local laws. There are many European and German-specific websites that use JFBConnect, but I'm unsure what hoops were necessary to jump through to ensure full compliance.
