Hi, my login module (joomla login) has some issues.
al was working fine this morning using only the register buton in th epopup form
but now i did ad the register button also to the and its not woring, it redirect me to our homepage and showing following logout?view=registration"
the forget password/username link acts the same

i tried al kinds of things, turning evrything on/off , cleared cache (alsoturned off jch optimize) but no luck

I did login with a test account with facebook, and even if i logout i can still leave a comment with that fb account.
I also logged out at fb, and login at fb with another account.
Meaning i can't login with another fb account because as soon as i use the fb button it will directly connent to the former fb login
settings jfbc: Logout Of Joomla Only: NO

(I can not put our url to public forums )

1. Could you try adding an instance of the normal Joomla Login module? Does the Register button in this module also point to the same logout view?
2. Do you have any redirection extensions enabled on your page such as SH404? Can you check to see if there's an alias for the correct registration URL?
3. Can you try turning off SEF urls and see whether it points to index.php?option=com_users&view=registration (for registration) or index.php?option=com_users&task=logout (for logout)
4. Can you tell me what the SCLogin > Login View Settings > 'Registration Component' and 'Custom Registration Link' options are set to?

I did login with a test account with facebook, and even if i logout i can still leave a comment with that fb account.

I'm unsure what you mean by the above. If you logout at facebook.com and then use the Facebook login button on your site, you should be prompted for your credentials again.

As for leaving a comment, can you explain what is happening when you try? Do you get an error message, does it tell you to login, or something else?

Any details you can provide on what is or isn't happening will help.

Thanks,
Melissa

wjat i did now is following:
I made a menu items: Login and Register.
than the button works.
When I disable the menu items I have the same problem.
For now I will leave the menu links on, but i shouldn't be like that right?

I'm unsure what you mean by you made new buttons. Are those the buttons you're trying to use in the menu or are they different items that make the other buttons just work?

As mentioned above, can you tell me what happens when you disable SEF URLs? Knowing where the links go when something isn't changing the URLs to be SEF would help us understand what may be going wrong.

Thanks,
Melissa

Hi Mel, sorry for my late respons I was out of the office.
The buttons i am talking about are the buttons at the SClogin module.
They gave a redirect.
Therefor I made 2 menulinks (login and register)
So now if i use the normal buttons at the SClogin module, they work.
If I disable the 2 menulinks (log and register) the buttons at the SClogin module don't work and give redirect to homepage

"4. Can you tell me what the SCLogin > Login View Settings > 'Registration Component' and 'Custom Registration Link' options are set to?
Registration Component = Joomla
Custom Registration Link = none

for now we can't logn with FB,
it gives following message:
Given URL is not whitelisted in Client OAuth Settings: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not whitelisted in the app’s Client OAuth Settings. Make sure Client and Web OAuth Login are on and add all your app domains as Valid OAuth Redirect URIs.

I did read following tread but its not saying anything to me: www.sourcecoast.com/forums/jfbconnect/jf...lient-oauth-settings
Please note that I am a newbe (and Dutch) looking for extensions that work for people like me because i have no qlue how to solve those errors :-)

I'm sorry that you're continuing to have problems. We've received your separate request for a refund and have just issued the refund. It may take Paypal a few days to process the transaction.
