I think you're running into this long-running bug from Facebook. We don't have any control over this:

If that's not what you're talking about, please provide a link to your Facebook Page and how you've configured it in JFBConnect and we'll help investigate when we have time. Please understand that priority support is for active subscribers only, but we try to help past subscribers when support volume is low.
