I just renewed, but would like a refund before my renewal goes into effect.
Reasons:
1) Having been a loyal subscriber for 3 years, the support has not been all that great. After struggling with this, same issue, never got resolved, I was chastised by being forceful.
2) Joomla login button rarely worked...as a dev site, wasn't that big of a deal, but moving into production, more important that my users be able to log in
3) Support takes too long, and the forum-based format, versus ticket, is a pain. No clear response time has been difficult. Most responses are aimed back at me, or my site.
4) EasySocial login works right out of the box, and is smooth across mobile operating systems.
Feel free to delete this post. I am through with JFBC because it was not reliable on my site. Support over at EasySocial is ticketed, and responses are very reliable.
