Dear,
I've a site with your JFBConnect with twitter stream configurated.
(test.nomos.biz/at/cms)

It works done for some months, after I've an error:
"Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/at/cms/components/com_jfbconnect/libraries/provider/twitter/channel/stream.php on line 61"

I've try to login with twitter button on SClogin but I've an error:
"Bad request token!"

What's happen ?
What can I have check ?

Regards,
Rinaldo

Let's try to get the request token error fixed. My guess is that the other error is failing because of this:

For the request token error, the 5 most common causes of that issue are:
1. Your Twitter Application wasn't set up properly
2. You didn't copy the API Key and Secret properly to JFBConnect
3. Your Twitter API and Secret Keys may need to be regenerated in your Twitter application. This may be done inside the Twitter Development area for your app.
4. The "Enable Callback Locking" setting is enabled. Please disable this from the Twitter Development area > Settings tab.
5. Your server time is incorrect (uncommon)

Since it was previously working but is no longer working, I'd suggest looking at #3 and #4 first.

Dear Melissa,
I've checked your five points and seem all correct.

I've try run autotune again.

During autotune, after basic info step, i've this message:
"Facebook keys not configured. Skipping the Application Setup step"

In my farm, Facebook is not reacheable from our server.
Facebook is necessary also I want use only twitter stream ?

Regards,
Rinaldo

Could we get admin and FTP access so that we can get more information and step through the code to see what's causing the issue? To send this, please use the envelope icon under my avatar.

Thank you for the credentials. The stream is now showing properly on your page.

The three things that I updated:
1. In the Twitter application, added a / to the end of your Website URL.
2. In the Twitter application, your Callback URL was missing. I added a valid value to this field.
3. After #2 and #3, I authenticated with the Twitter user on your front-end (and accepted the application when prompted).
