Good morning.

I created a channel to synchronize the new articles of K2 with our page in Facebook however the publications appear with accentuation broken in format HTML and without the correct link + image of the article.

In order to understand what happened I created a Facebook test and I used the channel to publish the new items in the personal profile of this new account, everything went well, the post appeared perfectly.
This made this new admin account of the page on Facebook and set the channel to publish the new K2 items on our page using this new user and did not work, the publication appears as attached.

How do I solve this?

I'll be waiting, thanks.

Could you re-publish an article that was shared with the incorrect text and provide me the specific URL? I would like to look at the Open Graph tags on the page which will tell me a lot of what is going wrong with the link and image being shared.

Do you have an Open Graph object set up for K2 in your backend? This would be in the JFBConnect backend > Social Meta (formerly named Open Graph) > Objects section.

In order to understand what happened I created a Facebook test and I used the channel to publish the new items in the personal profile of this new account, everything went well, the post appeared perfectly.

Was this with the auto-publish feature or with the Social Toolbar "Create Post" button? Are these K2 items as well or are they normal Joomla articles? Did these articles have accentuation working as well?

Let's start from there to try to narrow this down.
