It's usually a simple process like the following:
1. Enable 'Social Profiles - EasySocial' plugin.
2. In JFBConnect > Social area, a) enable the importing of profile fields and b) map any social network fields to the easysocial profile fields. Save these values.
3. If your testing with Facebook and the user that you're logging in with is an administrator, it should be as simple as that. If you're testing with a user that is not an admin and you have mapped any fields that required advanced permissions, your app must go through an App Review process on FB before they will allow you to retrieve those fields.
4. Log in with your social network credentials on the front-end and check the profile data that was imported.

You can send me a private message by clicking on the envelope icon under my avatar. I can look at what you have mapped and give you any suggestions.

This can happen if you install EasySocial after the JFBConnect installation, since we only install needed plugins on installation by detecting which 3rd party extensions are on your site. You should simply be able to re-install JFBConnect and the plugin will be installed.

Here's a quick documentation page on how to get the profile import configured
