I actually cannot find it in the Facebook application right now. They might have removed this setting. Could you try using the "Refresh" button in our Autotune toolbar to see if this is populated with the contact email? You can also try entering an email and clicking the 'Save Custom Settings' button.
Try those two suggestions and let us know what you find.
