After starting the application the following message appears:

Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription.

What is the problem and how can I use the application?

First, check that you've input the correct subscriber ID. This is not the payment ID or subscription number that you listed above. You can find the correct subscriber ID when you're logged in at sourcecoast.com > My Account > My Profile.

If that ID matches the value you've set in JFBConnect and Autotune, then open JFBConnect backend > Autotune > Facebook App tab. From there, click the Refresh button in the Autotune toolbar.

Try these suggestions and let us know if you continue to have problems.
