First, check that you've input the correct subscriber ID. This is not the payment ID or subscription number that you listed above. You can find the correct subscriber ID when you're logged in at sourcecoast.com > My Account > My Profile.
If that ID matches the value you've set in JFBConnect and Autotune, then open JFBConnect backend > Autotune > Facebook App tab. From there, click the Refresh button in the Autotune toolbar.
