The channel owner must have logged in via Twitter credentials on the front-end before in order to be selectable in the backend as the channel owner. Check your JFBConnect > User Map table to verify that the user you want has a mapping to Twitter. If not, try to log in again on the front-end, then refresh to make sure the list of available users in the channel area is repopulated.

Dear Melissa,
I've try your suggestion but it's not clear what is front-end?!?

I've this steps:
1) I've login Joomla back-end
2) I've login on twitter front-end with my credential
3) I've checked User Map table (was empty)
4) I've logout Joomla back-end
5) I've login Joomla back-end again (with twitter front-end logged)
6) I've checked User Map table (was empty again)

What is wrong ?

Rinaldo

If the User Map table is empty, something is going wrong. There should be a row in there that shows the link between your Joomla user account and Twitter account.

Can you double check:
* You have the Authentication - JFBConnect plugin enabled
* You have the User - JFBConnect plugin enabled
* When you authenticate with Twitter, did you go through the full registration process and create an account?

Thanks,
Alex

Dear Alex,
The plugins were disabled. Now I've enabled two plugins but usermaps remaing empty.

I've try log on twitter, log on joomla backoffice and so on but usermaps remaing empty.

I've user [rlisario74] definied in Joomla and same user [rlisario74] is my twitter account.
(I've have [admnistrator] user defined in Joomla too)

Can you explain me all steps that I must do ?

For example:
1) Open one page on joomla backoffice and log with [rlisario74]
2) Open another page on twitter and log with [rlisario74] or with [administrator]
3) and so no...

Thanks,
Rinaldo

The steps to authenticate on the front end are:
* Go to a page with the SCLogin module
* Click the Twitter login button
* Fill out your details on the Login / Register page to create a new account or login to an existing one

After that, an entry should be made in the Usermap table that links the new Twitter account to the Joomla account on your site.

Please let us know what happens when you try the steps above or if you run into any issues.

Thanks,
Alex

Dear Alex,
I've configure SCLogin module in one page but I don't see any twitter button ?!?
I've attached images before login my user [rlisario74] and after login my user [rlisario74] .

You say:
The steps to authenticate on the front end are:
* Go to a page with the SCLogin module (OK)
* Click the Twitter login button (WHERE?!?)

Bye,
Rinaldo

The social login buttons usually don't show in the SCLogin module for the following reasons:
1. The Twitter API key and Secret Key have not been set in the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > Twitter section.
2. The SCLogin > Social Button Settings > "Show Social Login Button(s)" setting is turned to No.
3. The SCLogin > Social Button Settings > "Provider" setting has been updated (to a value other than blank) and does not include the "twitter" provider.

Let us know if you still have the problem once you try these three suggestions.

Could you try leaving the provider parameter blank? Just remove "twitter" from that setting.

The screenshots look like the minimum that we need to display the button. If you want me to look at the backend to see if there's something configured incorrectly with JFBConnect/SCLogin/our plugins, please send credentials in a PM (by using the envelope icon under my avatar). Also, could you provide a specific URL that I can see the front-end to check for any errors on the console?
