Your Action was not associated to the Article Read object. I checked the box in the "Object Associations" area and now the configuration looks correct. Can you please test again with your Facebook admin account? I cannot test since that action won't be available to all users until you go through the Facebook Review process.

As for an SLA, no, we don't have one. Our extension is $60 for 6 months. At $10 / month, it would be impossible to have some guarantee of responsiveness. We always try to respond to posts within a few hours, but depending on the issue and how many posts come in, we aren't always able to satisfy our goals.
