Cannot get SCLogin Modal to Open was created by michaelholt

Seems I am having a very similar situation as this poster: www.sourcecoast.com/forums/non-commercia...oad-from-menu#p50916

I was wondering if a solution had been found? If not, I am going to have to get JFBConnect refunded which I would rather not do.

Interesting enough, the social login offered by TemplateMonster, LoginRadius, will not work. When it is used and someone pushes the login button, an SQL error is thrown about can't find a loginradius_user. After a few weeks of TemplateMonster trying to fix it, they gave up.

So far, I am 0 for 2 using social logins. Very frustrated.

We'll gladly help however we can, but need a bit more details on what's going wrong and where/how we can test. The post you linked to is over 1.5 years old, which makes it hard to compare or understand how it may relate to your site.

If you could, tell us your configuration, a URL we can test on and what we should be looking for that isn't working. Once we can do that, we'll gladly try to help however we can.
