Need Help in Configuration

There are many different aspects of JFBConnect functionality. Please get started by using our Quick Start Guide . Choose the area you need to configure and then follow the steps accordingly for that section. If you run into any problems, we'd be more than happy to help you overcome them.

If you've already tried on of the sections, we'd need more specific details about the problem you're having, any errors you're seeing, expected versus actual behavior, specific URLs to see the behavior on, etc.

You have two html start tags on your page. This is definitely something that needs to be fixed. I'd recommend looking at your template first to track this down. Resolving this is a good starting place to figure out why the Autotune error is thrown.

Please send me a private message using the envelope icon under my avatar. Looking at the code, it looks like things were just commented out improperly. More than likely, it's in the template, which is the first place I will look.

First, we need to resolve the double tag before social login will work. But once that is resolved, in EasyDiscuss > Settings > Integrations > Facebook, you can select the option to 'Enable JFBConnect'. This should integrate JFBConnect buttons into EasyDiscuss without having to do a lot of extra work / configuration.
