I would like to know if there is any way that I can minify CSS and Javascript on the component. I am having site speed issues and site checker keeps highlighting sourcecoast css and js as not minified despite me having turned on css minification on site configuration and installed JCH Optimise on the site. I hope that you can help.

There's a few ways you can speed up JFBConnect. To give you the best suggestions, please let us know what version of JFBConnect you're using so we can help further.

Also, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Thanks,
Alex

Apologies, I can't find the account username and password, but I do have the Subscription ID. Would that help? I'm currently using version 6.5.3

You can send me a private message with the subscription ID using the envelope icon under my avatar. I can then look up the username for you.

I sent a PM, but got an error message, so I'm not sure if it reached you?

In the JFBConnect -> Autotune area, at the bottom will also be details about your subscription information. It should show the user name and when the subscription is valid until. With that information, you should be able to reset your password on this site and login to verify your account that way. You'll want to have access the account you originally subscribed with to get updates, like v7.0.4 that came out earlier this week, anyways.

Thanks,
Alex

What I find in the Autotune section is No Subsription, but I definately do have a subscription and I have an ID. The site was recently redirected to a different domain. Could that be the source of the problem?

Kind regards,
