The SCLogin module is designed to be responsive to width, so it stacks automatically as the screen grows smaller. I would suggest that you try to use the Icon style of buttons for the social login buttons. In SCLogin > Social Button Settings, you can choose 'Custom' as the Social Login Buttons and then select icon as the options. If you try this and the buttons are still showing up stacked, please let us know.
