Hello,

Today we make the first new Article and see that the FB Comment Function dont works. We can not see any Comments an our Facebook Page
and we dont see Pictures of the documents if we generate a link in fb to the Article of our Page.

But if we make all with older Article before we make our updates it works fine.

The AUtotune shows us all fields are green but the error check say failed. Please look into the attached picture.
We checked all. The Template Facebook plugins are disabled and not 3FB Plugins are running. The Page ist not Offline.
This ISSUE comes before the last JFBC Update

Joomla 3.62
JFBC 7.0.3
PHP 5.6.24

Could you provide a specific URL to the new article that was created? Are there any errors on the console?

This ISSUE comes before the last JFBC Update

The Error Check error is occurring because you have JCH Optimize enabled on your site. JFBConnect cannot detect our scripts / script files on the page because they are minified. When I look in the combined javascript file, I see the FB.init call properly. If you are worried about the error, you will need to temporarily disable the optimize plugin to re-try the error check.

Hi all,

if we disabled the jch plugin the error is fixed but the Issus are the same. No Comment in FB (Email Message for new Comment comes in) and no Pictures in FB Article

1. I didn't mean to imply that fixing the Autotune error by disabling the plugin would fix the issues you're having.

2. Could you describe what you mean by "No Comment in FB"? I posted a comment at the link and I see one on the page in the Comments Widget. The comment plugin is tied to a specific URL on your page, so it wouldn't be showing on a Facebook Page. Please describe how the behavior used to work versus what you're seeing now.

3. Facebook is intermittently having problems accessing your page. Please see the screenshot that occurred the first time I scraped the link:

The second time that I re-scraped the page, the image was properly scraped. The tags are there properly from JFBConnect, but there's a connection issue to your server

The Server response Time and the time for ping is ok. all our server a root server.
Curios is that the old Article works with comments, share and Picture transfer to Facebook very well. And all google+ functions are working
fine too.

We're a bit confused with the issues you're describing above. Can you help explain which 'new' pages work and which 'old' pages don't? As for the issue, are you saying the comment fields don't work? From the URL you posted to test with above, it is working.. so we need to understand what issues you're having right now so we can help investigate further.

thanks for your response. Now it is working. I dont know why (Sorry) Only what i change before i write here into the forum is to disable the jch optimiser.
And clean the cache after the disabling.

Iam Confused too, then before we update all works fine. At the moment we can not update to the newest K2 Version. If we do that, the menue Structure crashed.

Last Question: Before we can show the Comments of the Article on our FB-Page now we have a Link with "You can show the comment on fotoabenteuer.de FB Page"
If i klick on the Link i come on the Fotoabenteuer.de Facebook Page in a new Window.

Hmmm. This isn't a setting for what's exposed when including the comment box on the page. I think that this sounds like it has to do with how the comment moderation or mirroring is set up for your site. Could you review Faceboook's documentation for the Comment box and moderation. I'm not too familiar with the moderation settings, so you may have to play around with those. Additionally, there's a section if you scroll down called "Comment Mirroring" where the comments can be mirrored from your website to your Facebook page. Can you check to see how that's set up as well?

Let us know if that sheds any light on the issue.

i read the doc on german and english. We check the mirror function and the mirror function is on.

I don't now what i can do.

Is it a good way to deinstall the JFB Connect ? and reinstall it.
