I experienced something really strange that I can not login with SCLogin module. I can login with all other login module.

when I login with SCLogin module, it strangely redirects me to another page, and not login.

If the redirect happens on login with social network credentials, please check the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > General tab > New User Redirection and Returning Redirection settings.

The SCLogin module also has a setting when logging in with Joomla credentials as well in the Login View Settings tab > "Joomla Login Redirection URL" setting.

If you believe these settings are correct, then I would recommend checking any plugins on your site that may be redirecting and temporarily disabling them to see if they resolve the issue. For instance, there are several other extensions that have redirection on login (like JomSocial, etc) that may be affecting this.

Let us know what you find.

I created a user account and had the following behavior:
1. I logged in at to your homepage with Joomla credentials. I was then redirected to the same page as expected.
2. Log out from the homepage works.
3. If I navigate to another page after logging in via Joomla credentials, logging out did not work. For example, I navigated to /macau-guide/macau-travel-guide, and attempt to log out fails. Please note, SCLogin did not appear to be on the page.
4. I logged in at /%E6%BE%B3%E9%96%80%E8%B3%BC%E7%89%A9%E6%8C%87%E5%8D%97 and was redirected to the same page.

Please explain in detail what the behavior you're seeing is for the following:

when I login with SCLogin module, it strangely redirects me to another page, and not login.

* What specific URL are you on when you attempt log in
* What specific URL are you redirected to

I can login with all other login module.

Please provide an example of a URL that has both the SCLogin module on it and other login modules on it. I am able to log in via Joomla credentials on the random sample of pages that I've tested for your site.

Can you please setup the SCLogin on the same page as another module that works so we can test with both logins from the same page? We want to see both login forms on the same page so we can compare what SCLogin is doing vs the other login area that works.

Another test is to use the standard Joomla login module (mod_login) and verify that it works correctly when the SCLogin module does not.

If you need to send us private information, please use the mail icon under our names.

Thanks,
Alex

I tested more, saw the same issues below that sometimes login/logout from non homepage just would not work. Default joomla module also has such issue. I do not see any plugin related login for such strange behaviour. Is this related to session as it sometime works?

1. I logged in at to your homepage with Joomla credentials. I was then redirected to the same page as expected.
2. Log out from the homepage works.
3. If I navigate to another page after logging in via Joomla credentials, logging out did not work.

It's starting to sound more and more like this is not related to JFBConnect, but instead related to some extension interfering with logging in and out. To verify this, I would disable the JFBConnect system, user and authentication plugins to see if the log out still fails with the standard Joomla login module.

Then, I would suggest going through your system, user and authentication plugins one by one and disabling them until you identify what's interfering, even including EasySocial plugins. Also, please make sure any caching like the Joomla cache plugin is disabled and any caching is turned off. This is the process that we'd take to pinpoint the problem.
