No, the only language files for SCLogin would be in the /language folder for your language at /language/LANGUAGE_CODE/LANGUAGE_CODE.mod_sclogin.ini
I'd also suggest checking:
1) for any language overrides (found in /language/overrides). If there's an override in place, it's possible new changes to the language files wouldn't be picked up.
2) checking to see if there are any template overrides for the SCLogin view files that may have been changed to use different text or a different language key.
3) try reinstalling SCLogin / JFBConnect to see if the language files get installed correctly.
If all that looks normal but you still can't find our language file for SCLogin, you should be able to get the language files out of the mod_sclogin zip file. In the JFBConnect installation package, mod_sclogin can be found in /packages/modules/mod_sclogin.zip. If you unzip that, then you can find the translation file for German. *You can also download the file
directly from Transifex
Looking at the code files, the current German language file for SCLogin has the following defined for the register button:
MOD_SCLOGIN_REGISTER_FOR_THIS_SITE="Registrieren"
