I've uninstalled JFBConnect and all SC modules for optimization testing purposes. Upon uninstalling JFBConnect I got the following read errors.

JFile: :read: Unable to open file: /home1/mywebiste/public_html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/administrator/install/install.modules
JFile: :read: Unable to open file: /home1/mywebsite/public_html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/administrator/install/install.plugins

Upon uninstalling the SC module I received the following error:

JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: /home1/mywebsite/public_html/media/sourcecoast

I also uninstalled 4 JFBConnect related plugins. My question is, can I remove these folders manually without creating any issues with a reinstall or the site? I understand there may be settings stores in some of those areas but that's okay, I'm wanting to start from scratch.

The /media/sourcecoast folder is mainly just css and images. It should be fine to clear out. All of the settings are stored in the database, so if you'd like your component settings to persist then don't manually remove/update tables in the database. If you've done any overrides and haven't backed up any themes or done your own template overrides, then I'd suggest making a copy of those.

That being said, we always recommend backing up your site prior to any install or uninstall (whether for our extensions or any other ones).
