We'll probably need more information. We don't have any specific AdsManager integration. However, users that are created with JFBConnect are 100% standard Joomla users who can interact with other extensions just like normal.
If there's specific profile data that would need to be imported into registration fields with AdsManager, that would require a profile plugin for JFBConnect to allow linking the social data to the registration profile. I don't know AdsManager well enough to know about their registration flow or custom fields.
Beyond that, features like our social sharing and channels feature for pushing content to social feeds and pulling in those feeds work with any extensions.
