No, not with JFBConnect yet. We're planning to update our calls to allow removing the Facebook Javascript library for sites that really want to run slim. There are some big limitations in features if you don't use the Javascript library though, such as no email notifications for new likes or comments, the Facebook authentication can't be in a popup and the Like/Share button has a fixed width. Also, many of the Facebook widgets require the Javascript library, which means you're limited in what widgets you could use overall.
Again though, this is something we have on our to-do list for the 7.1 release, due out later this quarter, but I can't guarantee it will work exactly how you want it to.
