Your subscriber ID may change if your password on sourcecoast.com has changed. Please login to sourcecoast.com and navigate to My Account menu > My Profile. On the righthand-side of that page is your subscriber ID. Could you verify that this is the value in JFBConnect?
Also, once you do double-check the value in Autotune, please navigate to the Autotune > Facebook Application tab and click on the Refresh button there. Sometimes there's a problem determining the subscription status. This might help correct the problem.
Also is that the full error message you are receiving? It looks incomplete. After the above, are you still having this error?
