Hello:
This just started occurring. Probably when we upgraded from Joomla 3.5 to 3.6 but no one noticed until today. We also had caching turned on since Saturday but disabled that again today and it solved some of the problem but not all.
Logging in and out of admin is fine.. no issues.
With caching turned on if you log into front end and log out then attempt to log in again you get: The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.
Turned caching off and this went away. Seems to be a known and unrepaired Joomla bug.
We have SC Login and JFBconnect running in a modal. We have had this set up since we bought JFBconnect in March if I recall and it has been working flawlessly.
Now if you login to front end with Joomla user credentials it goes in fine. Logout then attempt to relogin you get: Warning Your session has expired. Please log in again.
If you select login again it goes right in.
It doesn't do this if you use one of the social media logins (google for example) in the modal. You can log in and out repeatedly with no problems.
But, if you logout after logging in with social media button then try to login with Joomla credentials: Warning Your session has expired. Please log in again.
If you select login again it goes right in.
The reason I am posting here is it seems to be in either SC Login or JFBconnect. The reason I think this is that if I logout and then login through the padlock icon on the forum page I again login with no problems.
HMMM.. Just noticed something else. When I logout and refresh the page I get the: Warning Your session has expired. Please log in again.
Maybe it's not SC Login or JFBconnect. Hopefully you can shed some light on this as I am now perplexed.
