JFBConnect definitely calls JRoute around the non-SEF URL, which is the proper way to create the SEF URL. We've tested it many times and haven't heard any users mention this behavior.

If you're seeing something different, we'll need to understand what's different about your site. Please let us know all of the following:
* Are you using Joomla's built-in SEF URLs or are you using a 3rd party extension to generate SEF URLs?
* Is this happening with a Joomla content article, or with another extension?
* If the post is for another extension, what extension and what version of it are you using?
* What version of Joomla are you using?

Thanks,
Alex

I just wanted to let you know that we're able to reproduce this issue and are working on debugging/testing to try to come up with a solution.

Sorry for the delay. We have some code changes that I've been testing on my test site that look pretty good with the autopost functionality. Could you private message me FTP credentials to your site so that I can put them live for you to test the changes?

We've found the issue and have a fix on our development systems. The problem happens where the SEF route isn't generated. When an autopost is initially created in the admin area, it's not normally possible to get the SEF URL. However, we've come up with a workaround that will be in the next release. If you send FTP credentials, we can implement the fix on your site sooner. The next release will be out by mid-August if you're ok with waiting.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for your patience while we investigate the issue. We've resolved multiple issues and think we have autoposting in a working state. There are some things to point out though.

First, autoposting is working. An SEF link is being generated, but the link isn't exactly like the rest of your content. The problem is due to how Joomla creates SEF URLs in general. When we ask Joomla for the SEF route, we send it the article ID only. Without the menu Item id, Joomla can't make the full route fully SEF friendly since it doesn't know where the article is supposed to show. For instance, a route to an article will look like:
/component/content/article.html?id=1392
That link does work though, which is obviously important.

Another issue we ran into is with the front-end Article Manager publishing component you're using, com_uam. When you publish using this extension, the normal plugin trigger for onContentAfterSave is not triggered. That's a bug in that component that you should talk to their developers about. Whenever an article is saved, the onContentAfterSave call is supposed to happen, which is what JFBConnect looks for to start the auto-publishing process. There's no way we can get around that problem.

Autopublishing *does* work if the article is saved as published on the front end or if you use the admin area to publish the article. Both of those methods work how Joomla is supposed to work.

We left the channel disabled for now. Please enable and test and let us know if you run into any other issues or have any other questions.

I hope that helps explain, but if you need any other details, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

generated link from autopost for facebook still no SEF.. www.klikanggaran.com/component/c … ml?id=1385
even though the SEF URL is www.klikanggaran.com/peristiwa/p … emudi.html

This is an issue with Joomla itself. There are many, many links that can be generated for a specific URL. The peristiwa path is generated by Joomla based on the menu item that the article is displayed in. You could display the same article in many different menu items, each which would have their own link. When an article is created, there's no way to know which menu Itemid the article should be associated with and so the SEF URL is what appears above (/component/content/article.html).

and opengraph image wrong to get the right image.

There's a problem with the Open Graph Tags on the page. The article above has the following tag:
<meta property="og:type" content="klikanggaran:"/>
That's an invalid tag because there should be something after klikanggaran: . Did you create an Open Graph object for your content in JFBConnect? If so, can you either a) disable that object or b) set it as a Built-In Facebook Object of type 'article'? That should fix things up. Once done, run your page through Facebook's URL debug tool and you should be able to see the update (or any other errors):
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

Thanks,
Alex
