Hi all,

i have a question to the comment function under the K2 Article.

It is normal that the user can write in the comment Modul without control of me. So i mean many of spammer goes around and i have no fun to read article over medical products.

1. In the facebook moderation options for the comment function, i see the threads with the user contend under Approve, but they are all visible on our Page before they approved of me.
What can i do to fix that ?

2. Put a user a comment into the comment modul without facebook post option, we dont have any possibility to delete the message or better to check the content
Is there any posibility to check the contend bevor there was visible ?

Best

Michael

Anyone who comments must have a Facebook.com account. Facebook has a huge amount of resources to automatically detect spam and remove comments in an automated way. For every spammy comment you see, there are many more that are blocked before you even see them. Any commenting system has issues with spam, but due to the large volume of comments, Facebook has a good way to automatically detect these things.

You can't. Facebook allows comments to be shown that pass their automatic filters. You can setup JFBConnect to have an email sent to you whenever a new comment is posted so that you can view it immediately or use the comment moderation tool to see all comments for your site.

I hope that helps answer your questions, but if you need anything else, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
