I see the two blocks of tags on your page. The first one is inserted by JFBConnect:
<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary"/>
<meta name="twitter:site" content="@"/>
<meta name="twitter:title" content="English"/>
<meta property="og:title" content="English"/>
<meta name="twitter:description" content="Eventi Napoli ti informa sui maggiori eventi presenti in città : Concerti, mostre, aperitivi.
Una vetrina sempre aggiornata sulle ultime tendenze!
Follow you mood!"/>
<meta property="og:description" content="Eventi Napoli ti informa sui maggiori eventi presenti in città : Concerti, mostre, aperitivi.
Una vetrina sempre aggiornata sulle ultime tendenze!
Follow you mood!"/>
<meta property="og:type" content="article"/>
<meta property="fb:app_id" content="185800571466206"/>
<meta property="og:locale" content="en_gb"/>
<meta property="og:site_name" content="Naples Events"/>
The second one is not.
<meta property="og:locale" content="en_GB" />
<meta property="og:title" content="English" />
<meta property="og:type" content="article" />
<meta property="og:url" content="http://eventinapoli.com/en/" />
<meta property="og:site_name" content="Naples Events" />
Generally, JFBConnect tries to remove duplicate tags. So I would suggest looking into your System plugins and checking for any that are ordered after the JFBCSystem plugin. That might point you in the right direction of an extension that's adding them after JFBConnect.
Let us know what you find.
