In Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries (Countries of the former USSR) is now a severe economic crisis, and the dollar has risen in price by several times to the course of our currency.

In 1998-2014, 1 dollar was worth = 30 rubles in Russia
in 2016, 1 dollar = from 65 to 85 rubles.

The dollar has become a very expensive currency.

we did not increase salaries in rubles, all imports became more expensive by 2-3 times.

Can there be a discount for those who purchase a subscription is not the first time, and renew it?

While I understand your issue, unfortunately, there's nothing we can offer on our end. We are a US based company and work with US dollars. We have tried to make our subscription price very competitive and cover our costs. It's not possible for us to offer a lower price while still offering the same level of development and support that we currently do.

We always have a 30% discount on renewals while your subscription is still active. Users that keep their subscription up to date require less support, and we pass that savings along. For users that don't want to keep their subscription up to date and choose to only renew every year or so, they end up saving more than by taking the discount. It's each user's choice which option works best for them.

Thank you for your understanding,
Alex
