I have recently installed JFB Connect, primarily to generate Facebook Page Tabs.

Problem is they are just showing blank page and I cannot see how I can start debug the problem with no info.
- Is it a issue with my pages or with the extension or on the Facebook side.

I thought it might be because some Joomla was loading some css and JavaScript files without using the SSL secure site. So I tryied using a tab page outside of Joomla that has no includes. But same issue a blank page in face book - page is fine if loaded directly in a browser.

Please advise

Can you give us more details on the Facebook Page Tab URL you're testing on and the URL(s) you're trying to load from your site? The more details you can provide for us to investigate the quicker we should be able to get to the bottom of the problem.

Thanks,
Alex

This is the Facebook tab www.facebook.com/Wellnesscent/app/183125...3/?ref=page_internal
and this is the page from the website

www.wellnesscent.com/fb/ (outside joomla)
www.wellnesscent.com/productz/fb/lavender (inside joomla)

Thanks for you help

Thanks for the links. The issue is with a security setting within Apache or another security/firewall extension or add-on that you're using. When the Page Tag is loadedIn the Developer Console of the browser shows the following error message:

Refused to display 'www.wellnesscent.com/fb/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.

That means your server has a setting which is preventing any pages from it from being loaded within an iFrame. You'll need to remove that restriction so your site can load within the Facebook Page Tab.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Thank you. The x-frame block was indeed set. Unfortunately there must be a second problem since the page is still not display.

I had a look at the developer -> web console in Firefox but could not see any error message, with the x-frame block on or off. Can you walk me through where you saw the error message so I can debug.

Your help is appreciated :)

Glad to hear it's going for you now. After you remove that restriction, it probably just took some time for Facebook to properly detect the update.

If you need anything else, please let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
