I have searched and found this thread. We have the same problem

I am currently using jfbconnect v6.5.3. Is this issue fixed in this version or should i upgrade to v7.0.0?

The fixes for that issue were checked in for v6.3. If you're on a more recent version than that and are still having trouble, please post from the account that you have an active subscription from and we can help you further.
