Facebook is constantly changing. I'm unsure what version of JFBConnect you are currently using, but there have been many changes to the Facebook Comments box over the last year. If you're not on the latest release of JFBConnect (currently v7.0.0), I'd recommend upgrading.

Beyond that, the only suggestion I can give is to check your Width setting in the Social configuration area of JFBConnect. Perhaps it's incorrect.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Thanks...

I have upgraded and am still seeing the issue. The "width" setting is set to 100% which used to work fine. I have also tried "auto" and 300px, but comments are still running off the screen. This looks pretty ridiculous, and makes this feature unusable to us...

is there any way to fix this?
cant i add a surround div for the plugin? if so, where would I do that?

I am happy to send login credentials.

Just took a look. The problem actually looks to be a conflict from another extension that's trying to apply a style to any Facebook widget.

The problematic style is in plugins/content/jaggysharebuttons/css/standard.css
.fb_iframe_widget {
    position: absolute !important;
}
Can you remove or comment out that style and see if that gets you going. Leave the width at 100% in the comment settings, and I think you should be good.

Please let us know how that goes or if you need any further assistance!

Thanks,
Alex
