That would be from a z-index issue in your template where the content area is at a higher level than the area containing the Send button. We can usually help find a CSS fix, but we need to see the page the problem is on. Can you post (or private message) a URL where we can take a look?

I looked into this earlier, but don't have any great answers yet. There's something in your template that is making the main section of content stay above the social features in the module area. I'm not sure what it is. You may need to contact your template provider for assistance in understanding what's happening.

The typical fix for this is to add a z-index to the module position, but that is still not making the popup appear over the top of the rest of the content.
