JFBConnect should try to automatically import the user's email address automatically. The only reasons that Facebook doesn't provide the email address about a user is if they haven't provided one and are using a phone number instead, haven't confirmed their email address or have their privacy settings configured to not allow apps to access an email address.
I'd recommend testing from other Facebook accounts to see if the email is properly imported. If not, let us know if you're using a 3rd party profile extension to import data into and we'll gladly help investigate however we can.
