Hi
Version: 6.5.3
Tools - Update check returns 'update check error'
Any ideas please - I have an active subscription - Subscription ID 16416

JFBConnect v6.5.3 is the latest, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. v7 will be coming out at the end of this month. Your subscription is definitely active in our system and that button should show if an update is available regardless of whether your subscription is active or not.

The update check in our admin page uses the Joomla Update Manager. You may want to go in there and click the "Find Updates" button to see if that works.. or if it throws an error. That may help narrow down where the issue lies either way.

Checked jooml aupdate - refreshed, checked JFBConnect agaion - Now works - System upto date - Thank you

The main reason I raised this is due to the errors in autotune that I see
I built the site on a test server - wightmove.net
Then copied/moved to production site www.wightbuy.com
Errors in autotune show as the old server being default, not the production server

How do I get JFBC to recognise the new server as the now default one?

In Autotune in that Facebook App tab, please try to hit the Refresh button in our toolbar (next to "API Keys"). This should update the recommendations that JFBConnect will display. It should be as simple as that, but please let us know if the problem persists after doing so.
