autotune don't save some data

You should see errors if things are saving to explain why, but sometimes, Facebook just silently discards your settings. Here's some reasons why each of those settings may not save:
* The namespace field needs to be unique across all of Facebook. Please try a different namespace that is likely not already in use.
* Privacy Policy URL - Facebook actually scans the URL you set here. Make sure it looks like a Privacy Policy or at least has some terms like "Privacy" on the page.
* User Support Email - Use a valid email address, preferably that ends in .com

If none of those works, you may want to try updating your settings in the Facebook Developer Area . There could be a restriction that's not allowing saving data from remote sites.

Sorry for the delay. I seem to have missed your response above.

1) The namespace must be insert only in the JFBconnect or in Facebook app settings? Is this a free term?

All of these settings can be updated within the Facebook App area. Yes, it's a free term that you can add whatever you want, but it can't already be used by another app. There are some characters that can't be used, like space and some special characters though.

Do i have to insert the user support email in the facebook app settings too?
I followed all your instructions to create the facebook app so i don't think to forgot some step.

As I mentioned in my first post, I would recommend trying to update these values within the Facebook Developer area. Autotune is just a different interface to the FB Developer Area, so you should be able to update your settings in either place.

For the last if i cannot insert these data Facebook integration works fine in my site?

It's recommended to set all settings in Autotune marked as "Recommended". Facebook changes their behavior depending on your settings and the functionality you are using. The best suggestions I can give are to update your setting in the Facebook Developer Area and testing any features of JFBConnect you are using on your site.
