hello,

I currently ran into a JFBConnect facebook login problem. It worked before 2016/2/21 but somehow it stop working recently.
I delete the old facebook api and created a new one but somehow it shows some error when i run JBConnect Autotune

Please help

Can you tell us what was happening when it wasn't working? Was there an error message or any other details you can provide?

As for Autotune, please make sure the API and Secret Keys are correct. Also, in your Facebook application Settings -> Advanced area, check the following:
Server IP Whitelist - Blank
Update Settings IP Whitelist - Blank
Require App Secret - No
Allow API Access to App Settings - Yes

hi Alex,

I dobule check the facebook setting as you mentioned, while I'm still having the same problem when i click the autorun . (see attached)

Error
Facebook API Error: (#15) This method must be called with an app access_token.
Facebook Application configuration could not be loaded. Please check your App ID and Secret Key

The App ID and Key is correct, must be something else.
Please let me know what else you need from further investigation.

I'm unsure what's happening here. It's not an issue we've seen before. Would you be able to Private Message us super admin credentials so we can investigate further? You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

hi Alex,

I PM you two weeks ago but no response from you. The problem remains and I think the best way is go to our facebook api to take a look at the setup.
In order to do so we might need to add your facebook to our friend list temporarily for the permission. If there's better way please let us know.

I'm sorry for the delay in response. We've been very focused on trying to get the latest release out and this fell through the cracks.

You can temporarily add my Facebook user as a developer of your FB application. The ID is 100001459784756. In addition, please PM me super admin access to the backend of your site and we'll go ahead and take a look.
