Hi,

I may have taken this issue lightly but it has become something I'd like to address.

After installing the joomla software, i found out that the twitter button won't show share count. Has any user experienced this after installing jfbconnect?. or is it soemthing particular to me?.

I'd like to fix this.

Could you take a screenshot of the specific section that you think is coming from JFBConnect? At that link, I see three Twitter Buttons, two from AddThis and one from K2.

Somehow, implementation of JFB coincided with losing share count for addthis and k2 share buttons.

thats the problem, I use JFB for OG Tags and comments.

We're not sure how JFBConnect would be related to this problem and we haven't heard any other reports of such an issue. On your page, as Melissa noted, the Twitter buttons are not from JFBConnect at all.

If you think there's a conflict with JFBConnect, the best way to eliminate JFBConnect as a possible source is to disable our JFBCSystem and JFBCContent plugins. Those plugins are what enables all of our features, so disabling just those plugins should let you test as if JFBConnect isn't enabled at all. If the count re-appears when those plugins are disabled, let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.
