That error means exactly what it says: There's already a Joomla user on your site with the email address you're trying to use to login from Facebook.

In this case, the user should be brought to the JFBConnect Login / Register page where they can login to their existing account or create a new one.

Another thing to consider is using the "Automatically Link Users By Email" setting. When enabled, in the case above, the user's social network account will be automatically linked to the user's existing Joomla account.
