Older posts are showing? How 'recent' are the new posts that are missing? Are they like from the last hour or from weeks ago? That will help narrow things down.
Beyond that, for the missing posts, are they posts from an admin of the page or guests to the Page? We have different configuration options to limit what is shown on your site to just Admins that you may have enabled. That's our recommended setting since you know the posts you make, but you're certainly free to let whatever posts go to your Page show up on your site if you're comfortable with that.
