Hi guys,

Just upgraded SCLogin to the newest version on www.m3ug.dk and nothing is working now (submit button & those erros). I don't use the facebook integration - only linkedin. I get these errors on the frontpage:

First, those are just warning messages that can easily be hidden by going to the Global Configuration area and setting "Error Reporting" to "None" or "System Default". In a normal production/live environment, the setting shouldn't be any higher.

As to the issue, I'm not sure why those warnings would be shown. Can you double check the following in the Joomla Extension Manager:
* You're using JFBConnect v6.5.3
* You're using SCLogin v4.5.3
* You do not have any jfbcprofile plugins installed (those are older plugins for very old releases of JFBConnect & JLinked)
* You only have the SocialProfile plugins enabled for extensions that you want to import profile data for

I hope the above gets you going and, at least, hides those messages and gets things going for you. If not, or you need more help, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the help so far. I turned off the error messages and walked through your list.

My submit/login button still doesn't work in Google Chrome - but it's working in Safari.

Please see attachments - it worked perfect before upgrading to v.6.5.3

Could you provide more specific details on what problem you're seeing? On your website, I was able to do the following in Chrome:
1. Create a user with my LinkedIn credentials (Using the Sign In link at the top which redirects to www.m3ug.dk/index.php/memberlogin with the SCLogin module)
2. Log out
3. Log back in with the Joomla account that was created with #1
4. Log back in with the LinkedIn credentials again.
5. Go to m3ug.dk/index.php/memberlogin (without the www) and logged in via LinkedIn again.

You can see my user under the email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and a mapping in the JFBConnect User Map table to my LinkedIn account.

Hi Melissa,

Yes, everything is working OK in Chrome now.

But now try to login via your credentials in Safari (not by the linkedin button). The submit button is not working, but the linkedin integration is working fine.

I was just able to log in fine in Safari using my Joomla credentials. Did you change anything? Are you still having problems?

[Edited to add]Is SCLogin even on the page still? I need to be able to have a page to see it in action...
