Usually this is caused when there is not an og:image tag on the page and Facebook needs to determine the best picture to use on it's own. JFBConnect provides several ways to add this tag to the page as
described in more detail here

* Enabling the appropriate Open Graph plugin and setting up an object in JFBConnect > Open Graph > Objects backend
* Manually adding an SCOpenGraph easy-tag
* Adding a default image to all pages using JFBConnect > Open Graph > Configuration > Defaults setting
This is my guess without knowing any specific URL that you're seeing the behavior on.
