[idea] add support PHP 7, when Joomla 3.5 will release

We've done very little testing with PHP7, but haven't found any major issues yet. That doesn't mean we're guaranteeing it will work, but we'll be working to make sure it can after Joomla 3.5 is released.

As for J3.5, there shouldn't be any issues there. Of course, we'll have to wait until the final release is available though as last minute changes usually tend to creep in causing problems.
