Dear Staff,

I'm using your ScLogin module in a jomsocial gavick pro template.
I can login with Facebook using your ScLogin module, but using the same module I can't logout from Facebook.
I can logout when I use twitter or Gplus, but logout no works when I log in with facebook.
A user in order to logout have to use the jomsocial logout icon that works, but nothing happen if he clicks on the Sclogin module exit button.

I can't use the system to show up errors because I'm working in a protected directory online, otherwise I would have gave you even more details,

please, how can I fix it? Maybe is a conflict? I've disabled also all social features in gavick template,

Best,

Baggio

Baggio,
I'm not sure from what you describe. Here's some things I'd suggest checking to help narrow things down since we can't test:
* Try with the "Logout of Joomla Only" setting as 'Yes' in the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Facebook area
* In the browser, open the Developer Tools and go to the Console. Then, try to logout. It's likely a Javascript error message will show up there. If so, let us know what the message is.

Keep us posted on those questions above and we'll do what we can to help.

Thanks,
Alex

Dear Alex,
"Logout of Joomla Only" simply solved the problem. I can logout from facebook now. It's ok if I use this setting or will I have some downside?
Best,
Baggio

Glad to hear that got you going. When that setting is 'No', if a user logs out of your site, they will also be logged out of their Facebook account. Generally, that's more annoying than its worth, but if you *know* that you have a lot of users on shared computers (which some countries have high populations of users who just use internet cafes), it's a more secure option *for the user*.

Best practices are to always log yourself out of any accounts you login to on a shared computer though.

I hope that helps answer your question,
Alex
