How to Link to JFBConnect Registration Form

JFBConnect doesn't have it's own registration page. There is an option to integration the social login buttons into the standard Joomla registration page, just use the "Integrate with Joomla Registration" setting in the JFBConnect -> Configuration area.

Beyond that, JFBConnect is built for easy integration elsewhere. For instance, your 'welcome' article could have the social buttons added there, like "Login with a social account or register a new one". Then, to add the social buttons, use the {JFBCLogin} tag. There are additional customization options there, like setting exactly which buttons to show or the image to use, like:I hope that helps get you going, but should you have any questions, just let me know.
