Could you verify whether the behavior still happens when JFBConnect is disabled? To do this, please disable our plugins - the JFBConnect authentication, content, user and system plugins. Then login via the standard Joomla login module or the user component (index.php?option=com_users&view=login) This will help pinpoint whether it's related to our software or not.

[Edited to add] I also don't see any indication of JFBConnect on that screenshot or see any subscription associated with your account, so please post with the account that has a subscription to JFBConnect, as priority support is for active users.
