Most installation problems happen on hosts where the upload limit is restricted to 2MB or less. JFBConnect is larger than 2MB, so it won't be able to upload on those hosts. In that case, you'll need to upload the .zip file using FTP and then use the "Install from Directory" option in the Joomla installer.
Otherwise, you can ask your host to increase the upload limit to allow the file to install normally.
