Hi

I just installed JFBConnect... I tried to configure a channel to display a stream on the frontpage. I have no user which has himself authenticated through facebook so I enabled the facebook login feature. Reloaded the login page and saw the icon for facebook login. When clicking on it nothing happend (think some javascript error... as always). Stuck here and the greatest thing is... After two tries I reloaded the page and the button to login with facebook was gone. I am honest and before that I did som changes in the configuration backend of the facebook login but after recognizing this error I reverted the changes... still no luck. No facebook login button... And if visible for sure the javascript error... Please help.

First, let's get the button to show up, then we can deal with it not working properly.
* Please make sure caching is disabled on your site and our JFBCSystem plugin is enabled.
* When I go to your page and click on the sidebar "my account" item, it brings me to the Joomla users component. Can you enable the JFBConnect > Configuration > General > 'Integrate into Joomla Login' setting? Unless you've done a template override, this should make the button appear.
* If there's another way to log in on your page, such as via the SCLogin module, please let me know instructions on how to do this.

Hi Melissa

Thank you for the fast response. The Option "integrate into..." was the solution for the first problem. The second one (no pop up for fb login) can be resolved by disabling the pop up of facebook login. Think some other component on the page does interfer with jfbconnect. This is ok for me so far :).
