Hi, we are developing a new website and have problems with Facebook Comments, Like. Its not shown on the frontpage. We put all necessary data into the required fields (IDs, keys, sourcecoast id). If we try to configure social plugins comments and likes its not shown in the frontend. We tried to enable the module JFBC Social Share too, but not working too. If we enable our website to public and set "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?" to yes (fb developers app) - not working. We also tried to integrate the short code {JFBCComments} into an article - not working. Are there another configuration settings we forgot to enable?

Joomla 3.4.5
JFBC 6.4.2

Please see the attached files for more configuration settings. Thx for help!

When you upload an image, please make sure you use the green arrow to actually insert it into a post. Without that, I can't see your configuration settings.

With that said, here's the things I'd check:
* Set your site Online (temporarily) and run the Autotune - Error Check tool. See if any errors are reported and fix them
* Disable any 'optimizations' you have enabled, either in your template or from a 3rd party extension. Specifically, our Javascript looks to be pushed to the bottom of your offline page. If that's happening on all pages, that could be a problem. Please do not let anything re-order or alter the Javascript we add.

I hope that helps, but if not, we'd probably need some method to login to the site and see what's going wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

Sorry, I forgot the green arrow. Here some pics of our settings.
Autotune writes no errors.

I attempted to go to your site and encountered a login screen to continue. Likes/Comments need the page to be publicly accessible. Also, running Autotune on your website gives me a 503 error (probably for the same reason). If you've recently disabled public access to your site, would you be able to temporarily enable it so we can take a look?
