Can you let us know a specific article you're testing with? That will help us narrow things down.

I just tried to share this page and it seemed to work, though I was using a mobile simulator.

Can you verify:
* What mobile browsers you have tested?
* That you don't have this issue in the desktop? That'd be strange and not something we ever heard of, but will gladly investigate.

Thanks,
Alex

The link you posted above came up with a 404 error. Are you sure that link was correct? If so, that would explain why the image didn't show if the page is invalid.

Thanks,
Alex

it came up with 404 because i copied without the rest of the link:

www.ittihadzgharta.com/news/main-news/57...84%D9%8A%D9%87%D8%A7

you can try this or other,
all my users and administrators are facing up this error.

thank you

I just shared this link on my mobile device. Looking at the post on my phone does not show the image as you are describing. However, looking at the post on Facebook on my laptop does show the image. This problem seems to be just how Facebook chooses to display these posts on different devices, something of which we have no control.

Every website is different and each installation of Joomla uses different templates, extensions and other add-ons which can cause conflicts.

With that said, we haven't heard of any other users reporting this issue. As mentioned by Melissa above, the photo does display in the user's feed/wall. Can you describe specifically when the image isn't showing for you and/or provide a screenshot of what you see so we can understand better? Also, if you test the free extension on your site, does it work properly?

Thanks,
Alex

I just took a look at the article you posted above again. The following tags are being added at the top of the page:
<meta property=og:image content=http://www.ittihadzgharta.com/media/k2/items/cache/6cd7000b5fdc149d15c15e2b49b0ac68_XS.jpg />
<meta name=image content=http://www.ittihadzgharta.com/media/k2/items/cache/6cd7000b5fdc149d15c15e2b49b0ac68_XS.jpg />
Those are specifying very small images to be used for shares, which is likely the problem.

Lower down, JFBConnect is properly adding:
<meta property=og:image content=http://www.ittihadzgharta.com/media/k2/items/cache/6cd7000b5fdc149d15c15e2b49b0ac68_XL.jpg />
<meta property=og:image content=http://www.ittihadzgharta.net/link-to-your-logo.jpg />
It seems like those incorrect image tags are likely the cause. I'm guessing K2 is inserting those. I'd recommend going through their settings to disable Open Graph tags or at lease setting it to use a larger image.

I hope that helps,
Alex
