You are using an incorrect value, as your contact Us email stated that it was a 5 digit code. You can find your correct subscription ID when you log into sourcecoast.com and navigate to My Account > My Profile at www.sourcecoast.com/view-your-user-details/ where you can find the 32-digit code to use. Try this and let me know if you continue to have problems.
