I'm trying to gather as much information as necessary to work with my hosting provider to resolve the issue with the Remote Error Checker.

Questions.

1. What script is actually being run and what is the location of this script.
2. Do I need to have them whitelist a domain, the script folder, ??????
3. What exactly do I tell them in regards to this error to help them resolve it?

Any additional information needed would be greatly appreciated.

We have an automated tool that simply tries to fetch the home page of your site. Some server firewalls can detect that this is an automated request and will deny the request. You'd need to go through the mod_security logs to determine why the request was denied as each server can configure different rules for allowing/denying requests.

We try to alter our request to make it look as 'normal' as possible but, of course, that's what 'bad' automated tools do as well, so we can't get around every block in an easy way.

With all of that said, I just manually checked your page. There are no issues that I could find that the Error Checker would find, so I wouldn't worry too much about getting it running. If you are running into any functional issues with the features of JFBConnect that you're trying to setup, just let us know, and we'll gladly do what we can to help you get those working!
